1. How do I place my order?

Orders can only be placed online.

2. Are the silver jewelry beads sold on our site compatible with others in the market?

Yes. The diameter of the hole of our sterling silver beads is 4.4mm-4.9mm. They are compatible with other personalized sterling silver beads for 3mm standard silver snake chains. The only marking on the beads is the classic ‘925’ for sterling silver jewelry.

3.What materials are your products made out of?

Our silver jewelry beads, snake chains and pendants are made from ‘925’ silver.

Our sterling silver jewelry beads are finished a treatment of cathode acrylic clear electro-coating, which delivers a gloss decorative finish with additional humidity and corrosion resistance properties.

This process is completely computer controlled, and the crystal clear coating is applied solely by the attraction of electric charges to ensure even and uniform coating that is unnoticeable.

The difference that you will notice is that our sterling silver jewelry will stay shiny much longer than other sterling silver jewelry without the treatment.

Glass beads are made from faceted glass.

4. How much does delivery cost?

We use Express Post for all our deliveries. This carries a flat rate charge of $7.40. However, orders valued at $30 or more will be delivered free of charge.

5. How fast do you deliver my order?

As long as your requested item is in stock we will endeavor to ship it to you on the day of purchase, provided your order is received before 3pm. However, if your item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know when to expect your order and ask you whether you wish to make a switch to an alternative product.

6. When will my order arrive?

As long as your item is in stock you should receive it the day after purchase. However, due to issues that may arise with Australia Post that are beyond Glamorize Me’s control we suggest you allow 7 days for your order to arrive. Also, if your requested item is out of stock delivery times may be longer.

7. Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do. Please contact us either by phone or email prior to purchasing so that we can calculate exact postage costs.

8. Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes it is. At Glamorize Me we use PayPal to complete your credit card transaction. For you as the buyer it is fast, easy to use and secure. With a few clicks of a button you can complete your transaction, the payment is sent instantly, and we can post your order faster. PayPal is also one of the most secure online payment methods.

9. What is your return/refund policy?

Should you wish to return an item for any reason you may do so within 7 working days of receiving your order. We are happy to provide you with an exchange or a refund. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.

10. What are your hours of business?

Our online store is open 24hrs. Our office is open 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Our office is closed on all Victorian Public Holidays.
