Delivery:

Glamorize Me uses Express Post to deliver customer orders – this way you will have your order the next day provided your items are in stock. All orders carry a flat rate delivery fee within Australia of $7.40. Orders valued at $30 or more will be shipped at no charge.

Depending on the availability of stock all orders should be received by the customer within 7-10 working days. If for any unforeseen reason we believe your order will not reach you within the specified time we will contact you immediately via email and let you know when to expect your order.     

Returns/Refund:

Glamorize Me provides you with a "HASSLE FREE NO QUESTIONS ASKED REFUND POLICY." Should you wish to return an item for any reason you may do so within 7 working days of receiving your order. We are happy to provide you with an exchange or a refund.

All products must be returned in their original condition and with their original box. When returning an item please provide your name and invoice number. Where the product is faulty Glamorize Me will refund the shipping costs incurred by you in posting the item back to us and will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the replacement or exchange of items for such faulty products only.  

Before returning any items, please send us an email with your details and the description of the item you want to return so that we can prepare for a refund on receipt of the item.
